A fifth-generation tea house in Yaizu, Shizuoka, sourcing named-producer Japanese tea since 1876. Four categories, every lot traceable to a single grower.
Matcha
抹茶Covered-cultivation tencha, dried without rolling and finely milled. Named producers across Shizuoka, defined to the standard of the Japan Tea Central Association and ISO TR 21380:2022.

煎茶Named-producer leaf tea from Shizuoka and Kagoshima. Asatsuyu, natural-farming Tenku Farm, and Triple Platinum Ikeda-en Tsuyuhikari — selected for character, not volume.
