Sencha
Named-producer leaf tea from Shizuoka and Kagoshima. Each lot is traceable to a single grower — the everyday backbone of Japanese tea, selected for character rather than volume.
Asatsuyu
Chiran, Kagoshima
Asatsuyu is a rare cultivar prized for its naturally low astringency and deep, almost matcha-like richness in the cup. Grown in Chiran — one of Kagoshima's most respected tea districts — this is a sencha that converts coffee drinkers.
Tenku Farm
Tenku Farm, Shimada, Shizuoka
A natural-farming sencha from a mountain garden in Shimada — grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Currently offered as unfinished aracha for buyers who prefer to control the final firing.
