Why bodhi

Three ingredients.
Zero additives.
No global competition.

bodhi is the only commercial lacto-fermented Japanese sparkling tea on the international market. It is built on Bodai-Sancha — a thousand-year-old fermented tea tradition with origins in Buddhist monastic practice — and rebuilt into a clean, contemporary beverage you can pour in any bar or restaurant. Five expressions, all unsweetened and 0.0% alcohol. For buyers tired of fighting matcha and sencha price wars, this is a category we own.

3
Ingredients only Tea, water, naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria. That is the entire list.
0.0%
Alcohol Truly non-alcoholic. Halal-friendly. Works for any program.
9
Months shelf life From production. Refrigeration recommended, not required.
5
Expressions in the line bodhi, Yuzu Sencha, Lemon Bancha, Apple Wakocha, Ginger Hojicha.

How it works

From first contact to first shipment.

A simple, predictable process. Most buyers go from inquiry to first wholesale shipment in three to four weeks.

Step 01

Sample

Order a sample kit from USD 130–180. Three tiers cover matcha, our full house, and craft sparkling tea. Ships to North America in days, other regions on individual quote.

Step 02

Evaluate

Taste through the kit. Schedule a video tasting with us if helpful. We follow up at day 14 to discuss what you found and what you need.

Step 03

Order

Place a wholesale order. Sample fee is fully credited against your first order over 50 kg or one full sparkling case. Lead time 14–28 days from confirmation.

Get in touch

Tell us what you're building.

The fastest way to a useful conversation is a short email with three things: what you serve or sell, what region you operate in, and what you need from a Japanese tea partner. We respond within one business day.
